What I found is that there are a lot of real estate gurus out there. Gurus or people who write and boast about the big money they make in real estate with no money down, or how you can make 10,000 in an easy 30 days, so on and so forth. I bought into a lot of different systems and programs hoping to get the same results. But, unlike the gurus, I didn't earn 10k in 30 days, I didn't get rich quick and I didn't find that the programs or systems lived up to their promises.
